Modified dry mix ТМ MASTER. SUPER designed for the installation of fastened insulation systems from polystyrene and mineral wool boards on concrete, bricks, cement and cement-lime surfaces; installation of reinforcing hydro-protection layer; facing with ceramic tiles and pressed boards inside and outside buildings on bases that are not deformed. For indoor and outdoor use


Surface preparation must be done in accordance with the State Building Standard of Ukraine DBN V.2.6-22-2001. The base must be:

- clean (remove dirt, flows, dust, fungal lesions with a power tool or manually, also clean from residual oils and paints);

- strong (remove all loose areas and process them with the primer ТМ MASTER or ТМ іMASTER;

- align uneven surfaces of the base and drops of more than 20 mm with a mix for repairing surfaces ТМ MASTER (24 hours before the start of work);

- treat the surface with high absorptive capacity with the primer ТМ MASTER or ТМ іMASTER (4 hours before the start of work).


Perform the work at an air temperature of +50С to +300С. The temperature of the base must be in the same range. Facades must be protected from direct sunlight, wind and precipitation.

Add pure water to the dry mixture in an amount indicated in specifications, then mix it (use electric drills with screw socket). Leave closed mix for 5 minutes, and then stir again. The closed mix is suitable for use within 120 minutes (at recommended atmospheric conditions). At high temperatures, periodically stir the closed mix to avoid reducing its mobility.

For fixing polystyrene boards

Depending on the chosen facade surface use polystyrene fastening means:

- the surface must not have irregularities. Apply the mix ТМ MASTER. SUPER around the polystyrene board perimeter at a distance of 20 mm from the edge in the form of long lines of 50-60 mm and a height of 15-20 mm. The lines must have gaps to prevent the formation of air pockets. Additionally, in the middle of the board, apply 6-8 beacons with a diameter of 100 mm and a height of 15-20 mm.

- the surface may have irregularities. Apply the closed mix  ТМ MASTER Super throughout the surface of polystyrene board using notched trowel with the notch size of 10x10 mm. Push the board against the wall so that gaps between the board and the wall are evenly filled.

For fixing mineral wool boards

Apply the closed mix ТМ MASTER. SUPER throughout the surface of mineral wool board using notched trowel with the notch size of 10x10 mm. Push the board against the wall so that gaps between the board and the wall are evenly filled.

Insulation boards must be fastened under the following conditions:

-                     the width of gaps between the boards must not exceed 2 mm;

-                     boards must be fastened by bonding method;

-                     remove remains of the closed mix on boards with a damp cloth.

Start mechanical fastening and applying of a protective layer 72 hours after bonding the boards. To do this, spread the closed mix ТМ MASTER. SUPER over the entire surface of the insulation with a thickness of 1-2 mm. In a layer insert evenly without tension the reinforcing mesh ТМ MASTER, put on the mesh the next layer of mix with a thickness of 2-3 mm.

Applying of the decorative protective layer must start in 72 hours.


- The base strength must be not less than the strength of the mix;

- Failure to follow the instructions for use mentioned on the package may adversely affect the aesthetic and performance properties;

- Products are not subject to mandatory certification;

- The mix is safe for human health in the production, transportation, storage, application and during the operation subject to following the requirements of this standard to production safety and health;

- Keep away from children;

- Date of manufacture, shelf life and batch number are mentioned on the package;

- Use only for the intended purpose.

All of these recommendations are efficient at +200С and relative humidity of 60%.


Dry building mixture contains cement, which causes alkaline reaction in hydration. When using the mix, use the personal protective equipment (respirator and rubber gloves). When working, protect the skin and eyes. In case of a mixture contact with eyes, rinse them immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

Expiration date: 12 months from the date of manufacture mentioned on the package.

Must be disposed of in accordance the State Standard of Ukraine DSanPiN

Storage conditions: Store in the original intact packaging, on pallets, in dry premises at temperatures below +400С and humidity of 75%.

Warranty period: The manufacturer guarantees compliance of the quality with the requirements of this standard for the period specified on the package, provided the requirements of transport and storage are followed.
